What's the Coroplast Box?

Plastic Coroplast Folding Box is a kind of light weight, non-toxic, pollution-free, 
waterproof, shockproof, anti-aging, corrosion resistant, and recyclable material with a variety of colors and beautiful printing. Plastic Coroplast box are widely used for 
supporting export vegetable packaging, food, light industry, hardware, building ceramics, instruments, and household products, turnover box, glass bottle holders and other industries.

We Produce all kinds of Packaging Boxes for fruit and vegetables,ranging from light weight picking totes to shipping box for table grapes, asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms or tropical stone fruits. These boxes are made from food contact grade polypropylene corrugated sheets being water and chemical resistant. It is suitable for cooling and wash down systems and are recyclable. 

What's the working process of the Coroplast Box?

The working process of the Coroplast Box
mold closing→HP mold locking at low speed→moving the injection mount forward→injecting the melt→pressure-holding→the melt in the mold cooling(At the same time, plastified threaded rod step back with the injection mount, threaded rod revolve the plastic materials)→the forming material in the mold cooling and solidifying→opening the mold, putting the product out of the mold→closing mold(the next product begin being produced)
